TRIbuild and TRItrades annual Golf Day 2017

TRIbuild & TRItrades annual Client Golf day proved to be a great success, we even had the weather this year!

Bret Martin and Dean Holliday would like to thanks all the staff at The Grove in Hertfordshire, the exceptional service and attention to detail was yet again amazing, echoed comments from all our guests.

This year we had a few new faces, which certainly helped the competition, the leader board changed all day, Mickey Masterson, Andy Kimpton, Patrick Mays & Clayton Pochop battled fiercely over the 18 holes. Quietly from the middle of the pack Dan Connor stormed in to the lead at 16.

We had three sponsored competitions on the day, two closest to the pin (TRIbuild/TRItrades & Star Platforms) & longest drive (MANGO Pay). Steve Gorman – Berkeley Group & Michael Faherty – Barhale won closest to the pin respectively. Clayton Pochop – Balfour Beatty smashed a 262 yard “uphill drive” on the 9 to win longest drive

The score cards were very close between the top three with Clayton finishing in 3rd on 34 points, Patrick Mays 2nd on 35 & Dan Connors winning with a respectable 36. Well done Dan!

Reporting to: Directors / Senior Managers

Based: Office based with external meeting requirements

Overview

The Business Administrator is a key member of the TRIbuild team. They will be crucial to the effective and smooth operation of the business, bringing together the Administration and Sales function into a seamless operation. Your efforts will save the Directors and staff of TRIbuild time to allow them to dedicate themselves to the further growth and prosperity of the business. The Business Administrator will be intrinsic to creating opportunity through the effective leadership of the Operational activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Critical Duties

ETZ – Responsible for the administration of ETZ, including: adding new contractors, ending/amending/extending assignments as appropriate.
Evertime– Responsible for the administration of Evertime, including: adding new contractors, ending/amending/extending assignments as appropriate.
Responsible for requesting, checking and approving compliance/document return.
Appointed First Aider & Fire Warden responsible for emergencies and following necessary procedures to ensure incidents are dealt with appropriately
Book Keeping – Maintaining accurate records of expenditure, logging all receipts.
Personnel Records – Responsible for maintaining and updating staff Personnel Records and creating welcome packs for all new starters.

ABN – Completing Credit Checks and uploading new clients to the system.
Margin Reports – Updating office whiteboards to reflect the weekly margin reports

Administration

ITRIS – Adding candidates to our database.
Formatting and typing candidate CVs
Preparation of company documents
Filing documents and maintenance of files

Assisting all members of staff in the office with any administration duties effectively and efficiently

Maintaining the Administration handbook, as new systems and programs are introduced.

General Duties

Switchboard – Answering calls quickly and professionally, diverting calls to staff and ensuring accurate messages are taken along with contact numbers
Meeting and greeting visitors
Championing TRIbuild Social events
Purchasing – Office consumables, Stationery, Hardware
Prepare refreshments when required
Maintaining a tidy office and ensuring floor spaces and walkways are clear

Inaugural Client Golf Day success

TRIbuilds inaugural Client Golf day proved a great success as representatives of the company and its valued clients graced the fairways of The Grove in Hertfordshire.

In the fiercely contested competitions, Nick Curtis of Barhale Construction got to within 12 foot of the flag to claim the nearest the pin competition. Richard Miller, TRIbuild investor and Managing Director of Star Platforms, won the much lauded longest drive contest that even in to the wind, Tiger Woods would have been proud of.

In the individual prize the day delivered a close contest. Our very own Dean Holliday was closest to the overall winner, Wayne Lambert of Travis Perkins who returned an impressive card.

Thanks to our valued Clients from Ballymore, Barhale, Breyer, Costain, Dawnus Construction, Diamond Build, Elm Site Services, Galliford Try, Travis Perkins, Balfour Beatty, T Clarke and Knight Harwood who supported us, and without whom we wouldn’t have the fantastic business we have. Big thanks also to The Grove for their exceptional service, attention to detail and exquisite golf course.

The first annual TRIbuild Golf Day will be held on Wednesday 1st June 2016 at The Grove, Chandlers Cross. We will be welcoming 20 Clients for a truly superb day that includes breakfast, 18 holes of golf on the exceptional greens and fairways of The Grove, the same course graced by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, and followed by a 3 course meal.

The day, supported by Star Platforms, promises to be a real celebration of TRIbuild’s fantastically successful first year and the relationships we have built and look forward to continuing to develop.
