Directors

TRIbuild was formed by two Directors, Bret Martin and Dean Holliday. Between them they have a wealth of industry knowledge spanning over a combined 65 years. Each specialising in their own sectors they aim to offer a professional personal recruitment solution to their specific environment.

Profile
Bret began his career with a large multi-disciplined national agency. He specialises in Aviation, Building, Fit Out & Refurbishment, Prime Residential and Maintenance. The clients he works with range from large blue chip companies to small to medium sized organisations. Bret supplies Production, Commercial and Technical white collar professionals.

Profile
Dean began his career in 2004, he has worked with 3 major recruitment companies in the UK. His experience has been entirely working within the civil engineering market focusing on blue chip contractors on prestigious projects. Area's of expertise include rail, highways, tunnelling, marine and the water sector supplying both production and commercial staff.
