Tribuild were responsible for sourcing staffing for the completion of the following recent projects.

Project: £200m+
A prestigious development in an enviable central location on the banks of the River Thames, close to Chelsea, Pimlico, Westminster and many of London's most sought after areas. 2,000 new homes offering stunning riverside views, 600,000 sqft of office space, 100,000 sqft of retail and leisure space and hotel are just some of the features of this stunning development.

Project: £190m
A flagship development by St Edward, part of the Berkeley Group, offering a range of luxury bespoke apartments, townhouses and penthouses located on the world famous Strand.

Project: £250m
A truly ‘Island’ inspired mixed-use development delivering 1600 residential units for people to work, rest and play surrounded by office, retail, workspace, leisure facilities, cafés and restaurants and cultural facilities.

Project: £180m
Situated in zone 1 on City Road, near Old Street EC1, The Eagle is an Art Deco inspired development offering 206 private apartments over 26 floors.

Project: £15bn
BFK is a joint venture comprising BAM Nuttall, Ferrovial and Kier was awarded the Crossrail C300/410 contract. TRIbuild Solutions were employed to supply tunnelling personnel from Shift Engineer’s to specialist planning and procurement. They were employed to undertake all tunnelling, settlement monitoring and mitigation works, civil, structural, utility diversions and temporary works design for the Western Tunnels and Stations contract for the £15bn Crossrail project.

Project: £350m
The Thameslink line runs right through London from Bedford to Brighton. Linking two airports, two major London rail termini and nine London Underground stations, it's one of the UK's busiest rail routes. To bring them into the 21st century, Blackfriars Station and Bridge is getting widening and strengthening the bridge and building a new station across it, for Network Rail, with realigned tracks and new covered platforms spanning the River Thames. A new southern entrance will give passengers access from the south of the river for the first time. TRIbuild Solutions provided specialist rail engineering staff to deliver one of the most technically difficult projects in the heart of the City of London.

Project: £4.9bn
The GBM Joint Venture (GBMJV) was formed in 2008 by GallifordTry, MWH Treatment (formerly Biwater Treatment) and Mott MacDonald specifically to bid for the AMP5 Process Programme of work from Thames Water. TRIbuild Solutions supplied water specific engineering and site management staff to the JV as they built new and extensions to clean and dirty treatment plants.

Project: £85.5m
VINCI Construction UK, were awarded a contract by Gatwick Airport in London to transform Pier 1 in the South Terminal, one of the oldest in South Terminal, first opened by Queen Elizabeth II in 1958. The new building will house new gate-rooms for passengers and will be linked by air-bridges to five new aircraft stands. It will have a new baggage system allowing bags to be processed faster and enabling airlines to offer automated fast-bag drops. The project should also improve passenger circulation in the airport. At a total cost of €105 million (£85.5 million), the construction programme started in December 2012 and will continue through to September 2015

Project: £1.5bn
Contractors Balfour Beatty, Mace, Morgan Sindall and Ferrovial have been appointed to carry out Heathrow’s £1.5bn programme of works over the next five years, Building can reveal. There are four separate packages for each contractor, It's a five-year programme and each package is valued at between £250m and £375m and forms part of Heathrow’s £2bn investment plan. TRIbuild Solutions have been commissioned to provide specialist Techincal staff, including civil engineers, agents, project managers, surveyors - all levels, site managers, planner, handover managers, etc.

Project: £27.5m
Breyer Group’s Construction Division were appointed by Lambeth Living to deliver their Housing Standard Programme under a NEC3 Form of Contract. Lambeth Living are a not-for-profit, Arm’s Length Management Organisation (ALMO) and manage nearly 29,000 tenants’ and leaseholders’ homes on behalf of Lambeth Council. Breyer Group are delivering works in the North Strategic Area of the borough allowing Lambeth’s residents to see the benefits of a massive investment programme to meet the Lambeth Housing Standard. The programme has an overall value of £27,500,000 per annum for 4 years and commenced in March 2014.
