Our Client has grown through the continuous client relationships to become a leading specialist in the groundworks, reinforced concrete frames and carpentry and joinery sectors across London, determined pursuit of excellence and the Home Counties.

They have experience in both the public and private sectors and are devoted to developing long term relationships through formal and informal partnering with our customers, subcontractors and suppliers.


  • Being involved at Tender Stage, taking the project to site and running the project
  • Ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with the contract and governance arrangements.
  • Quality assurance and overall integrity of projects.
  • Managing the project budgets across multiple accounts through liaison with the Cost Management Team (where appointed).
  • Managing the communications with all stakeholders (internal & external).
  • Managing risks to the project’s successful outcome
  • Reviewing methods of working, alternative materials etc. in order to maximise commercial profitability.
  • Facilitating the appointment of Design Teams & Contractors to the projects.
  • Managing the delivery of each project to the agreed level of quality, programme and budget.
  • Respective P&L for allocated projects.
  • Development of Assistant Project Management staff & their training & development.
  • Reviewing methods of working, alternative materials etc. in order to maximise commercial profitability.
  • Seeking and developing ongoing continuous improvement.
  • Providing aftercare services to the customer
  • Managing both directly employed & agency resource, managing third party contributions to the project and reporting progress of projects at regular intervals


Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years’ commercial office interiors site management experience on both refurbishment and fit-out projects.
  • Fully experienced in delivering projects from point of sale to completion on site. Ability to take full control and responsibility for delivery, health & safety, quality and environmental aspects.
  • Fully conversant with specifications/drawings, Bills of Quantities, CDM regulations and all relevant Health & Safety legislation.
  • Ability to mobilise, manage and co-ordinate subcontractors in conjunction with Project Manager.
  • Experience in presenting to clients and professional teams and maintaining and developing client relationships.
