Design Manager

You will be responsible for managing the design process through either our own appointed designers or novated designers and co-ordinating the design interface on all aspects of the scheme. A key aspect of the role is to oversee the quality of the design and monitoring the design delivery programme; applicants who have performed the role of site architect would be favoured. To manage the design process, you will act as the primary contact for the design teams, client and production teams. You’ll advise on cost effectiveness of alternative methods of construction and co-ordinatethe design information supplied to our construction division.
