Project Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + £5,000 car allowance
A leading building developer, who has experience delivering residential led mixed tenure and mixed use projects in the London area, are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work on a high rise, high end residential project. They are bucking the trend of doom and gloom in this current climate and have numerous projects both up and running and on their books.
The successful Project Manager will be overseeing the site from demolition through to completion dealing with the day to day issues that arise on site. They will have to be resilient and meet challenges head on exhibiting enthusiasm and passion for the project at hand. The candidate will have experience working on high rise luxury residential projects and show longevity within another leading developer.
Candidates must posses valid SMSTS and CSCS cards and hold a current First Aid certificate
