This transformative scheme, projected to generate up to <strong>\u00a3470 million<\/strong> in economic benefits, represents a major investment in the region\u2019s transport infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is constructing six new stations along the Northumberland Line, all of which TRIbuild Solutions has supported with skilled personnel. These stations\u2014Ashington, Bedlington, Blyth Bebside, Newsham, Northumberland Park, and Seaton Delaval\u2014will provide a vital rail link connecting to the Metro at Northumberland Park in North Tyneside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The development allows passengers to travel to Newcastle in 21 minutes, reducing travel time and enhancing accessibility for all commuters and passengers in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to station construction, the \u00a340 million contract includes the development of car parks at each station, three footbridges, and 29km of track between Ashington and central Newcastle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#abb8c3\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Skilled Workforce &amp; Compliance<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TRIbuild Solutions has supplied operatives across a range of roles, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Works Managers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ground Workers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervisors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track Operatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Machine Operators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gatemen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Storemen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traffic Management Operatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Given the scale and complexity of the project, we prioritise health, safety, and compliance. All workers on site are primary sponsored by TRIbuild Solutions on the Sentinel platform, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards. We ensure that each operative has successfully completed the required medical assessments and drug &amp; alcohol testing before starting work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#abb8c3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">PPE &amp; Safety Standards<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure a safe working environment, every operative is provided with the appropriate <strong>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>7-in-1 Jacket<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trousers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High-Visibility Vest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goggles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gloves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Snoods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The first completed timesheet we received on the project was dated July 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the 2 years, TRIbuild have had approximately 30 workers on site at any time across the project, who on average work 45 hours per week<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"wp-container-content-1\"><strong>= 1,350 hours per week<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-container-content-2\">     <strong>= 5,400 hours per month<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-container-content-3\">       <strong>= 64,800 hours per year<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TRIbuild Solutions is proud to support this landmark infrastructure project, contributing skilled personnel to help deliver long-term benefits to the North East.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the 2 years, we have supported charity events and Christmas charity raffles for Morgan Sindall NLP, supporting their chosen charities, including the North East RNLI Branch and supplying donations to the project. \u201c<em>The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea.
