M&E Planner – D&B Contractor – Central London
\nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced M&E Planner\/Commissioning Scheduler\/Planner to join this stable and growing D&B Contractor.<\/p>\n

Specialising in the High End\/High Spec Residential sector the business is going from strength to strength. The appointed candidate will develop and implement a detailed, concise and fully integrated Project Commissioning Programme, monitor and report contract scheduling performance and deviations<\/p>\n

The appointed candidate will demonstrate and provide:
\nExperience as a planning\/scheduling engineer, having developed, reviewed and agreed large detailed schedules and the associated reporting tools to deliver analysis, data and control – ideally in high technology production projects
\nExtensive experience in planning the commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health construction works – preferable in Design and Build contracts and having the ability to take control of the process
\nExcellent customer management skills. Highly credible with clients, contractors and subcontractors
\nA strong experience and high level of competency with Microsoft project management as the platform for an integrated project control system
\nStrong ability to manipulate data through excel and have the ability to produce various graphical reports in excel and PowerPoint
\nResolute, robust and able to deliver on commitments made to both client and our planning & construction teams alike
\nThe ability to respond to scope and sequence changes in an efficient manner, reacting to immediate client and construction team planning requests as required
\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and organising skills<\/p>\n
